Azerbaijan reports village shelling in conflict zone

During the past 24 hours, the ceasefire regime in the conflict zone was violated for 23 times; a pre-border village came under fire, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) has informed.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 26, Azerbaijan reported 19 shelling attacks on its positions.

On May 26-27, the ceasefire regime was violated for 23 times; the militaries' positions stationed in the village of Garalar in the Tovuz District, as well as on the nameless heights in the Gazakh and Gadabay Districts, were shelled, the Azerbaijani MoD has reported, adding that the shelling was conducted both from the territory of Armenia and from the territories regarded by Azerbaijan as its occupied ones.
