Russia and Armenia signed two protocols on interaction in fighting international terrorism

The management of Russian FSS and Armenian National Security Service have signed two new protocols on combating terrorism in Yessentuki (Stavropol krai) today.

The main issue on the agenda of the fourth meeting of the Russian FSS and Armenian NSS has been interaction in fighting international terrorism and extremism.

FSS Colonel-general Viktor Komogorov has stated that Russia and Armenia work on the level of an equal strategic partnership while the public and political conditions existing in the Caucasus facilitate various threats to the security of both countries. This necessitates joint and coordinated measures to be taken by Russian FSS and Armenian NSS within their frame of competence.
