Residents of Chechnya criticize law enforcers for video blaming participants of wedding cortege
In Chechnya, law enforcers have rebuked two participants of the wedding cortege, who violated the traffic rules. Instagram users and residents of Chechnya did not approve drivers' actions, but found the public blaming unnecessary.
A video was posted on Instagram, in which policemen rebuked the young men and their relatives for traffic violations.
"The offenders have sincerely repented of what they did and promised not to do this in future," says the text accompanying the video.
Social network users expressed different opinions about the incident. Some have condemned the young people for violations.
"We should take cars away from such people and give them to those in need," the user zarinkaaaa19891974 has suggested.
Some users spoke negatively about those who had filmed and spread the video and sympathized with the detainees and their relatives.
The residents of Chechnya, interviewed by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent, treat as incorrect the fact that policemen demanded from relatives to impawn for the offenders.
Earlier, Ruslan Kutaev, the President of the Assembly of Caucasian Nations, noted that violations of traffic rules by wedding corteges are a disgusting but quite widespread phenomenon. According to his version, this behaviour looks like as an attempt to imitate Ramzan Kadyrov's corteges.
