Courts report on punishment of 64 rally participants in Vladikavkaz

Today, in North Ossetia, courts have fined two more participants of a protest action in Vladikavkaz, and the total number of court's decisions on fines and arrests of activists reached 64, the joint press service of the courts reports.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 21 and 22, the courts pronounced decisions on administrative arrests of 41 rally participants, and three other activists were fined. Today, the court has found Arsen Besolov, an administrator of a chat on Telegram, to be an organizer of the protest action and sentenced him to 15 days of arrest.

Today, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has been informed by an official from the joint press service of general jurisdiction courts in North Ossetia, that in the republic, the courts pronounced 64 decisions on administrative offenses against participants in the protest rally.

Today, advocate Kamilla Dzotsieva, who cooperates with the project "Protest Apology", has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that she is engaged in preparation of appeals against the court's decisions on arrests of two protesters.

"Now I plan to file appeals with regard to two participants of the gathering. They are Stanislav Khosaev, who on April 21 was sentenced to an administrative arrest for three days (I represented his interests in the first instance court), and Zaurbek Nakusov. I was not involved in the consideration of the Zaurbek Nakusov's case at the first instance court. He was also sentenced to three days of arrest," said Kamilla Dzotsieva.
