Instagram users criticize Kadyrov's report on distribution of sacrificial animals in Mecca
The Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation had distributed 1000 sacrificial animals to residents of Saudi Arabia on the occasion of the holiday of Eid al-Adha, the leader of Chechnya reported. In response, some Instagram users noted that the assistance should have been directed to the needy residents of the Chechen republic.
On August 1, on its page in the "VKontakte" social network, Ramzan Kadyrov announced the distribution of sacrificial animals in Mecca by the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation.
A post reporting about the action also appeared in the closed Instagram public account of the "Grozny TV". In their comments under the post, some social network users gave an ironic assessment of the action held by the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation. "There are a lot of millionaires there (in Saudi Arabia)," user schwarzt1 pointed out, in particular. "There are a lot of needy people here at home. First, [the help] should have been distributed to people of the republic," user adam_ibragimov_95 wrote, as translated from the Chechen language by the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent. "They should have better helped their own people," agreed user lordov9595.
