Turan Moraly: it is too early to speak about closing Turkish channels in Azerbaijan

During a meeting with Azeri journalists, Turan Moraly, Turkish ambassador in Azerbaijan, has expressed his attitude towards cessation of broadcasting of Turkish channels in Azerbaijan. Т.Moraly thinks that it is still to early to speak about closing the channels. At the same time, he has noted that such issues should be decided by the TV companies themselves, rather than at the government level.

For reference, starting from July 1, the broadcasting of the Russian TV channels ORT and RTR and the Turkish "Samanyolu" will be stopped, while the broadcasting of the Turkish "Channel-D" will be stopped from January 3. The broadcasting of the Turkish "TRT" is not going to be stopped at all.
