Scandal with undressed female tourist in Dombai speeds up creation of memo for visitors to KChR

The code of rules for the tourists visiting the Karachay-Cherkessian Republic (KChR) is ready and is now agreed with the republic's government.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that social network users condemned the girls for their candid photos made in Dombai. It is unacceptable to appear half-naked at KChR's resorts; this is contrary to local traditions, Instagram users have stressed.

The authorities of the KChR decided to create a conduct code for tourists, Artyom Ovchinnikov, the First Deputy Minister for Tourism, Resorts and Youth Policy of the KChR, said in early January. The message posted on the SMS service of the "Caucasian Knot" on January 11, notes that the conduct code, among other things, provides for the notion of "anti-social behaviour" – this is how being in a public place in a nude, swimsuits and underwear will be qualified.

The code for tourists visiting the KChR is ready and is now coordinated by the republic's government, the above Artyom Ovchinnikov, the First Deputy Minister, told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.
