In Pyatigorsk, court arrests a native of Gudermes for damaging Z sign

Ramazan Suleimanov, a native of Gudermes, was arrested for 10 days for damaging a Z sign on Mount Mashuk. Ramazan Suleimanov apologised under pressure, his acquaintance said.

The “Caucasian Knot” has reported that on May 29, a video was posted in the Internet, in which Ramazan Suleimanov, a native of Gudermes, asked to forgive him for deliberately damaging the Z sign on Mount Mashuk in Pyatigorsk. Internet users suggested that the man’s apology was insincere.

“On May 27, while on Mount Mashuk, I deliberately broke the letter of Z, the symbol of the special military operation. I sincerely regret my act and offer my deepest apologies to all relatives of those who perished in Ukraine,” Ramazan Suleimanov said in the video.

A court arrested Ramazan Suleimanov for 10 days, the “OVD-Info” reported with reference to an acquaintance of the native of Gudermes.
