Abubakar Yangulbaev reports obstacles in correspondence with his mother

Several letters were not delivered to Zarema Musaeva to the SIZO (pre-trial prison), although they were censored and accepted, her son Abubakar Yangulbaev has stated.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on September 7, the court in Grozny extended the arrest of Musaeva, who is accused of assaulting a law enforcer, until December 12. The court upheld the investigators' unjustified arguments that the sick woman could escape from the republic, Abubakar Yangulbaev has explained.

"The text of letters is being censored; they are accepted, but are not handed to her on the spot. Thus, according to my calculations, some 4-5 letters have not been handed over to my mother. In this regard, it is difficult for me to keep in touch with her," Abubakar wrote on his Telegram channel, adding that "my mother looks good" and said that the SIZO staff treated her well.
