Act of terror prevented in the capital of Chechnya
The "Gazeta.Ru" reports with reference to the united press centre of the Operative Staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Chechnya that employees of the interior department have detected a self-made explosive device in the Zavodskoy District of the capital of Chechnya in the area of the central marketplace in the Marx Street. The place of the incident was cordoned. For the sake of safety the explosive was blown up in situ.
The "Caucasian Knot" has already reported that on August 19, an explosion was heard in the central part of Grozny. There were no casualties or victims of the incident.
