Lawyer reports pressure on Abramov from Krasnodar in his military unit
Alexei Abramov, a resident of Krasnodar, who refused to take part in hostilities due to his health problems, walks on crutches, said Mikhail Benyash*, a lawyer. He has noted that the command of Alexei's military unit is dissatisfied with the publicity of his case and is putting pressure on Abramov. His wife hopes that her husband will undergo a full-fledged examination.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that Alexei Abramov, who had received an order from the command of his military unit stationed in Dagestan to return to the special military operation (SMO) zone, refused to take part in hostilities, explaining this by the state of his health due to a grave disease of his backbone.
In August, it became known that the medical commission found Abramov as partially fit for military service and assigned him category "C".
Abramov is still in Buynaksk, the location of the military medical commission, his wife Ksenia Abramova said. According to her story, her husband should be examined.
Mikhail Benyash*, a lawyer, who was Abramov's advocate before being stripped of his lawyer's status, has treated his client's health condition as very bad. "He walks on crutches," he said.
At the same time, according to Mr Benyash*, Abramov was not duly examined. "Besides, he experiences pressure from the acting commander of the unit, who is dissatisfied with the publicity and demands from his subordinates not to comment on the case," Mikhail Benyash* has stated.
