Police establish persons in photo without trousers at monument to motherland defenders in Prokhladny

The teens have been identified, who, by lowering their trousers, made photos at the monument to those who perished during the Great Patriotic War (WW II) in the town of Prokhladny. Prophylactic talks are conducted with the teens and their parents; the materials have been sent to the commission on minors' matters, the branch of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) for the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) has reported.

Local policemen, while monitoring the Internet, found a photo, in which two minors were depicted against the above monument in Prokhladny. They turned out to be local schoolboys.

"As one of the girls explained, she had planned to post this photo on her Internet page to attract more subscribers, without thinking about the chosen location thereof," says the Telegram channel of the MIA branch.

The monument with the Eternal Flame in Prokhladny is dedicated to the commanders and cadets of the Poltava Tank School who perished while defending the city in August 1942. Out of the cadets, 87 people then perished; they were buried right there in a mass grave.
