"Voice of Beslan" demands to pass the law "On Social Defence of the Rights of Terror Act Victims"
Right at this time, in North Ossetia, members of the All-Russian Public Organization "Voice of Beslan" are holding a picket in defence of the bill designed by them and entitled "On Social Defence of the Rights of Terror Act Victims". Some 50 persons have rallied near the building of the Russian Academic Theatre in Vladikavkaz.
"We express our protest. Four years have passed, but no status and no law on the victims of the Beslan terror act have been adopted by the Parliament of North Ossetia. We've been made derelicts, forced to walk with our hands stretched out, actually, we're outside the law," said Ella Kesaeva, co-chair of the All-Russia Public Organization "Voice of Beslan".
The terror act victims are already for half an hour at the Russian Theatre and wait for any of the Republic's MPs to appear.
