Ingushetia: ex-head of Ali-Yurt village kidnapped and then found dead

The body of Magomed Albogachiev, former head of Ali-Yurt village, Ingushetia, kidnapped at night on March 3 in Nazran District, was found today in the morning in the highway Ali-Yurt - Surkhakhi. Now, the culprits who had kidnapped Albogachiev are searched.

The kidnapping was committed on March 2 at about 10:30 p.m. in the vicinity of new construction in the village. About 10 armed persons in camouflage and masks rushed into a private house, and presenting themselves as law enforcers kidnapped the former head of this village. Under threat of weapons, they put Magomed Albogachiev into a car and disappeared in unknown direction.

"Magomed Albogachiev was found shot dead some five kilometres off Ali-Yurt village. Gunshot wounds were found on his body," a spokesman of the headquarters of the temporary armed grouping said to the "Interfax".

The body of the former Ali-Yurt head was detected near the pond situated on the road to Surkhakhi village; it has numerous traces of torture, as the "Ingushetia.Org" reports.
