Investigation knows why Politkovskaya was killed
The investigation knows the murder motives of journalist Anna Politkovskaya, Alexander Buksman, First Deputy General Prosecutor of Russia, declared. His words are quoted by the RIA "Novosti" with reference to "Russkoye Radio" (Russian Radio). "However, the investigation cannot make particular results public yet," Buksman said.
We remind you that Anna Politkovskaya, a "Novaya Gazeta" journalist, who was shot dead on October 7, in the doorway of the apartment block in Moscow, was famous, first of all, for her materials on Chechnya and North Caucasus.
