Litvinenko accused Putin of his death
A posthumous letter of Alexander Litvinenko, former FSB officer, who died under puzzling circumstances, was announced in London. The document rests responsibility for what has happened with Litvinenko on Russian authorities, the Regnum writes.
"You have managed to make me silent, but you have paid dearly for my silence. You have exposed yourself to be barbarian and ruthless. These are the names by which your most irreconcilable opponents most often call you. You have managed to make one person silent, but cries of protest that will whoop all over the world will sound in your, Mr. Putin, ears till the end of your days. Let Lord pardon you for what you have done," Radio "Echo Moskvy" quotes Litvinenko's letter.
Mr. Litvinenko died in the evening of November 23. On November 1, he was poisoned in one of London restaurants during his meeting with his informant Mario Skaramella. Litvinenko later told that Skaramella gave him some documents containing data on killers of journalists Anna Politkovskaya.
