Short-circuit announced as fire reason in Georgian colony
The commission that makes inquiry in Georgia into the fire in one of the units of the Ksan minimum and high security prison tends to believe that poor electric wire had provoked ignition.
Let us remind you that in Georgia as a result of a fire that burst out on March 6 in the evening in the colony located near the city of Gori, a prisoner died from received burns.
As reported by Khatuna Kalmakhelidze, Minister on Punishment Enforcement, Probation and Legal Aid of Georgia, the fire was shortly extinguished; otherwise losses could have been higher.
Restoration will take 4-5 days, the IA "News-Georgia" reports.
