Festival of ecological films "Green Carnation" is on in Sochi

Sochi has opened the first festival of ecological films "Green Carnation". Its main topic is the links of humans with nature, and its main objective is to form a new vision of the society on environmental problems.

"We were the first to formulate a new attitude of humans to nature. The mankind has survived through the Stone Age and the Bronze Age. Today we enter the 'Green Age'; it can't be otherwise; otherwise, the mankind is doomed," Vladimir Semyonov, general producer of the festival and President of the Development Foundation of Cultural, Educational and Environmental Initiatives "Green Carnation", explained the concept of the festival.

The festival is held in Sochi on October 22-25. During this time, over 30 full-length and short feature films, children's and retro movies will be put on screen.
