Resident of Ingushetia reports kidnapping of his son

Salman Ugurchiev, a resident of the village of Ordzhonikidzevskaya, Sunzha District of Ingushetia, said about kidnapping of his son Akraman Ugurchiev, born in 1984. The father brought his application to the human rights organization "MASHR".

He said that his son was kidnapped in the evening on August 23 from Sharipov Street of Ordzhonikidzevskaya.

According to eyewitnesses, the kidnappers moved in three cars. "The glasses of the cars were tinted. The men's faces were closed with cloth masks; and one kidnapper who was without a mask had a pronounced Slavic appearance," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

"Together with Akraman Ugurchiev, another guy – Umalat Bersanov, at whose household they were attacked, – was also kidnapped. They struck Akraman with some hard object on his head, and the guy lost consciousness; and a pool of blood remained in the place of kidnapping," said Salman Ugurchiev. According to his story, the whereabouts of the young people is still unknown.
