ICRF: Arthur Urusov, Tyrnyauz resident, detained on suspicion of committing crimes

Arthur Urusov, a resident of Kabardino-Balkaria, was not kidnapped, as it was claimed by his relatives, but he was detained by staff members of the Centre "E" of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR). This was reported by a representative of the Republic's Investigatory Department of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

Let us remind you that in the morning of June 21, in the streets of the city of Tyrnyauz, unidentified persons kidnapped Arthur Urusov, a local resident. This was reported by his mother Fatima Urusova.

Arthur Urusov is a suspect in the criminal case, instituted under Articles 318 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (use of violence against public officer) and 163 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (extortion). The criminal case is being investigated by the Prokhladny Interdistrict Investigatory Division.

"Today, the pre-trial restriction to Arthur Urusov will be appointed," the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told by the investigator, who denied the information about kidnapping of Arthur Urusov.
