In Moscow, clashes between fans of "Anji" FC and Moscow FCs occur

Late in the evening of August 23 and at night of August 24, after the football match between the "Anji" FC and the A3 FC in Moscow, several clashes occurred between supporters of the Dagestani FC and local nationalist fans of the Moscow FCs.

The match was attended by several thousand supporters of the Makhachkala team. They chanted: "We want to play in Dagestan." During the match, fans of the "Locomotive" FC shouted obscenities to the football players of the "Anji" FC and the fans from Dagestan. In the second round, the Moscow fans began throwing flares onto the football field, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

"I do not know if w can call them fans. They came to make a provocation. I do not know what the reaction will follow. Judges has settled the situation," stated after the game Guus Hiddink, the head coach of the "Anji" FC.

After the match, clashes between fans began. At the metro station "Chistye Prudy", about 100 persons attacked the train, in which fans of the "Anji" FC went from the stadium "Locomotive" to Cherkizovo. There are a lot of blood stains on the platform. The police detained several persons and led them through the metro station "Sretensky Boulevard", the "Ekho Moskvy" (Echo of Moscow) reports.

"I became an eyewitness to the provocation that was staged by 'natsiks' at the metro station 'Chistye Prudy'. Despite a lot of OMON (riot police) fighters and policemen at the metro station, they failed to prevent provocateurs, who were throwing bottles to the fans of the 'Anji' FC, who came out of the train," Vincenzo Montella, a user of the social network "VKontakte" writes.

Members of the nationalist communities wrote in social networks that fights occurred at the metro station "Lubyanka", about 70 fans of the "Locomotive" FC took part in the attacks, and traumatic weapons were used in the fight.
