Relatives of Sirajuddin Khasaev from Buinaksk reports his repeated kidnapping
Residents Buinaksk-relatives of the kidnapped Sirajuddin Khasaev, who was found in a hospital in Makhachkala, claim that he was kidnapped again. In this regard, they plan to block the federal highway.
The whereabouts of the resident of Buinaksk Sirajuddin Khasaev, who managed to survive after kidnapping, is still unknown, said his wife Zaira Khasaeva.
"Yesterday, on September 3, at about noon Sirajuddin was taken away by unidentified power agents from the Central Makhachkala Hospital. The data that he was kept by the medical unit of the local Ministry of Internal Affairs was not confirmed. Where he is and what's happened to him is unknown," said Fatima Tarasova, an activist of the Dagestani regional public organization "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy).
According to the lawyer Ziyavutdin Uvaisov, relatives of the kidnapped person plan to hold a rally.
"Due to the fact that special agents, dressed for the sake of provocation into Sufi skullcaps, kidnapped the resident of Buinaksk from the hospital, his relatives plan to block the federal highway in four points," said Uvaisov.
