Athlete from Azerbaijan Natali Pronina won two silver medals at the Paralympic Games in London

Swimmer Natali Pronina won two silver medals on the 100 meters distance free style swimming and 200 meters medley relay at the Paralympic Games in London.

In the 100 meters free style swimming race Pronina yielded to Russian swimmer Oksana Savchenko who established a new world record (58.41).

On September, 3, Pronina distinguished herself at a 200 meters distance medley relay winning a silver medal, Trend reports.

At the distance of 200 meters the swimmer from Azerbaijan showed the best result among the participants of both races in the qualification: 2 minutes and 36,25 seconds. In the finals Natali Pronina who covered 200 meters already in 2 minutes and 28,45 seconds was the second to finish and won a silver medal again yielding to Russian athlete Oksana Savchenko, The First News reports.
