Guest of Dagestani wedding party in Moscow arrested for 15 days

The magistrate precinct of the Tver Court of Moscow sentenced Murat Agalarov, a guest of the Dagestani wedding party, to a 15-day administrative arrest for petty hooliganism. This was reported by the press service of the Court.

Let us remind you that on September 30, the police detained 15 persons and 9 cars of the wedding procession of Dagestani natives in Moscow. According to the police, the guests of the event were detained, since they opened fire from traumatic weapons.

Murat Agalarov was sentenced to administrative arrest for the fact that he swore during the incident, which occurred on Sunday in the centre of Moscow. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Alexandra Berezina, Press Secretary of the Tver Court of Moscow.

The guest of the Dagestani wedding party was found guilty of "petty hooliganism" under Article 20.1 of the Administrative Code.

Till present, no comments of the convicted person or his representatives on the decision of the Court are available.

Earlier, the "Caucasian Knot" reported that all detained guests of the wedding procession in Moscow were released on the same day. The man, who was shooting at the wedding party, was fined 2000 roubles. Bridegroom Arthur Alibekov and his father deny that wedding guests were shooting in the city.
