Commission of Ingush government prepares draft agreement on border with Chechnya
The Commission of Ingush government on determination of the border with the Chechen Republic prepared a draft agreement and description of the border. This was reported by Mukharbek Didigov, Speaker of the Republic's Parliament and Chairman of the Commission.
According to Mukharbek Didigov, the draft agreement was supported by all members of the Commission. "All documents are based on the federal and republic's laws on local self-administration," Mukharbek Didigov said.
Yunus-Bek Evkurov, the leader of the republic, instructed his administration to send the draft agreement to the Parliament of Chechnya, the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, and the Office of the Plenipotentiary Envoy of the President. This was reported on October 6 by the official website of Ingushetia.
Till present, the details of the draft agreement have not been published. At present, the reaction of the authorities of Chechnya on the developed document is unknown.
