Moscow Court declares arrest of guest of Dagestani wedding party to be lawful

The Tver District Court of Moscow upheld the ruling of the magistrate court precinct on the arrest of Murat Agalarov, a participant of shooting during the Dagestani wedding party in the centre of the capital. This was reported by the press service of the Court.

Let us remind you that on September 30, the police detained 15 guests of the Dagestani wedding party in the centre of Moscow. According to the police, the detention was caused by the fact that the guests opened fire from traumatic weapons. Murat Agalarov, the guest of the wedding party, was fined 2,000 roubles, and on October 1, the court sentenced him to a 15-day administrative arrest.

The Tver District Court of Moscow considered the complaint, filed by Murat Agalarov, and ruled that the decision to sentence him to 15-days administrative detention was recognized lawful. This was told today to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Alexandra Berezina, the press secretary of the Court.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the administrative case against Murat Agalarov will be considered at the Tver District Court on October 11. It was also reported that on October 3, Ali Ylyasov, another guest of the wedding party, was sentenced to a 5-day administrative arrest.
