In Dagestan, sister of policeman reports his disappearance

Raisat Nurukhalaeva, a resident of Makhachkala, tries to locate the whereabouts of her brother, a 24-year-old Alikhan Nurukhalaev, a staff member of the patrol-and-post service (PPS) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) of Dagestan, a student of the 5th year of the Legal Department of the Dagestan State University.

Raisat Nurukhalaeva cannot find his brother since October 17, and she told about that the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

"On that day, I asked him to take my daughter from school; however, Alikhan did not come to take her, he did not return home. And no one responds to repeated calls on his mobile phone," the woman has noted.

She has stated that she lives with her brother in Makhachkala in a house, located in Nikolaev Street. The woman turned for help to the OVD (Interior Division) of the Lenin District of the capital of Dagestan. "Our complaint has been accepted, and the process has being delayed after that," Raisat Nurukhalaeva said.

The woman has also reported that she does not have any assumptions on the fact of the disappearance of her brother. "Alikhan had no enemies, and he knew how to find common ground with everybody," the woman said.
