Disappeared Dagestani resident found in Kizlyar OVD

Abdulnasyr Ramazanov, who was considered disappeared since yesterday, was found at the building of the Kizlyar OVD (Interior Division), and he faced charges of drug possession. This was reported by his wife Inara Ramazanova, a resident of the village of Chernyaevka of the Kizlyar District.

"Today, we were informed that my husband was at the city OVD. I with lawyer Murad Magomedov went to Kizlyar and brought food for my husband. The lawyer visited him, and he said that Abdulnasyr was charged of possession of drugs anasha. This is not even funny: my husband is a Muslim, he has no idea about the drugs, and they were simply planted to him. Earlier, police officers threatened Abdulnasyr that it might happen that he would disappear. At present, it seems that it is the time to act," Inara Ramazanova says.

Lawyer Murad Magomedov has confirmed that the detainee is being kept at the building of the Kizlyar OVD.

In his turn, a staff member of the unit on duty of the Kizlyar OVD has told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent that the surname of Ramazanov never appear in the list of the detainees.
