On October 23, the work was stopped at the factory, situated in the Samtskhe-Javakheti District, where the workers went on strike and demanded a wage increase and revision of labour contracts.

The workers resumed their work in the afternoon of October 26, after four days of downtime, the "Herald of the Caucasus" reports.
