Court to consider complaint, filed by David Sanasaryan, member of public initiative, against Ruben Airapetyan, owner of "Harsnaqar" Restaurant

The General Jurisdiction Court of Yerevan communities of Avan and Nor-Nork accepted for consideration the claim, filed by David Sanasaryan, a member of the public initiative group "We demand to punish all the persons, responsible for the incident at the 'Harsnaqar' Restaurant", against Ruben Airapetyan, the owner of the Restaurant. David Sanasaryan urges Ruben Airapetyan to make public apologies for the offending, inflicted on him.

The basis of the claim was formed by the interview, given by Ruben Airapetyan to the "Nouvelles D'Armenie", the magazine of the Armenian Diaspora in France (published in this August), in which Ruben Airapetyan called the protest actions, organized by the public initiative "We demand to punish all the persons, responsible for the incident at the 'Harsnaqar' Restaurant" to be ordered and compared the representatives of the public initiative with worms, a pack, and voiced threats against activists and their families.

In his claim, David Sanasaryan seeks that the Court should oblige Ruben Airapetyan to bring him a public apology for the offending and to refute the information that discredited his honour and dignity.
