Artak Bayadyan: fight in "Harsnaqar" was pre-planned by restaurant staff

Today, at the court session of the case on the incident in the "Harsnaqar" Restaurant, military doctor Artak Bayadyan, one of the victims, stated that guard Norair Airapetyan, one of the six defendants, was the organizer of the fight. The victim has expressed his confidence that the beating of him and his friends had been planned in advance by staff members of the Restaurant.

Responding to the questions of the defendants' lawyers, Artak Bayadyan repeated with all the details his testimony, given at the previous court session.

Most of the questions, asked by the defendants' lawyers implied whether on June 17, Artak Bayadyan and his friends insulted staff members of the "Harsnaqar" Restaurant or other visitors to the Restaurant and whether the fight started with that insults. "No, I and my friends did not start any quarrels and insult anyone," Artak Bayadyan said.

Responding to the questions about the atmosphere at the Restaurant on June 17, the victim again stressed that he and his friends did not started conflicts with anyone at the Restaurant.

At the court session, none of the defendants asked Artak Bayadyan a question.
