Court finds Adil Magomedov, guest at Moscow Dagestani wedding guilty

Alexei Peshkov, Judge of the Garrison Military Court of Moscow, found Adil Magomedov, a participant of the incident at the Dagestani wedding party in Moscow, guilty of disobeying the police.

On September 30, 15 guests of the Dagestani wedding party were detained in Moscow. According to the police, the guests were shooting at the wedding party, and they were detained for disobeying the orders of law enforcement officers. Relatives of the defendants believe that the incident was a planned action against them.

On October 24, the Magistrate Judge of the Tver District Court of Moscow granted the defence's motion and brought the case against Adil Magomedov to the Garrison Military Court of Moscow.

Today, at the court session, military prosecutor asked the court to recognize Adil Magomedov guilty and to bring the case to the military unit for the application of disciplinary measures of punishment. The Court granted the prosecutor's motion.
