Dagestan: Timur Mirimov's relatives report his kidnapping

Today, in Dagestan, Timur Mirimov, a resident of the village of Sovietskoe of the Magaramkent District, was kidnapped. This was reported by his parents. According to them, the kidnappers were in masks; they forced Timur out of the house and drove him away to some unknown destination.

According to the mother of the kidnapped man, the kidnapping occurred at 07:00 a.m. "Armed men in masks and camouflage broke into the house and, without explaining the reasons for their assault, pulled my son out and began to severely beat him. Those people did not present any documents. We tried to find out and ask them what was happening; however, we were pushed off, and the Timur's father was kicked by a butt," she says.

Then, according to the woman, her son was thrown in an Ural car, and one of the kidnappers drove the car, belonging to Timur, and they drove away to some an unknown destination. The mother of the kidnapped man has added that after the visit of the armed men, golden jewelleries disappeared from the house.

The parents of Timur Mirimov appealed to the Dagestani regional public organization "Pravozaschita" (Advocacy) with the complaint, in which they asked to intervene in the situation and help establish the whereabouts of their son.
