In Nalchik, relatives of missing KBR residents stop their action after meeting local FSB boss
Today in Nalchik, relatives of the residents of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR) Alim Kaitaev and Ismail Baluev, who had been kidnapped, in their opinion, in Nalchik, decided to stop the protest action, which was attended by about 80 people.
The action ended after Akhmad Kaitaev, a brother of one of the kidnapped persons, met Sergey Kmenny, the head of the Department of the Russian Federal Security Bureau (FSB) for the KBR.
"He assured me that they don't keep Alim or Ishmail, but the FSB Department would take steps to find the missing persons, although it is not part of their work," said Akhmad Kaitaev.
According to his story, the FSB department was the only agency that tried to help the relatives of the kidnapped persons. He also said that Zalim Kashirokov, the head office of the republic's leader, also helps in searching his younger brother Alim.
In the near future, the relatives of the kidnapped persons are not going to hold new actions, hoping for arrival of information from the Department for the KBR of the Russian FSB.
