Advocate Chernikov: court can oblige Volgograd administration to repair roads
Blogger Alexei Ulyanov has a chance to win the claim filed in connection with the bad state of the roads. This was stated by Alexander Voronov, Chairman of the Volgograd Branch of the Federation of Russian Car Owners.
Let us remind you that on June 17 and 26, Alexei Ulyanov, a Volgograd blogger, filed the claim to the court, demanding to oblige the Department of Municipal Facilities of the Volgograd administration to repair the city roads.
The "Caucasian Knot" was told by Alexander Voronov that was not the first claim of that kind filed to the court in the Volgograd Region.
"It is difficult to forecast the prospects of the case. Everything will depend on how reasonably the plaintiff files the claim. However, I believe that Alexei Ulyanov will win the case, since there have already been precedents on similar cases," Alexander Voronov has said.
Alexei Ulyanov himself has stated that activists of the Public Independent Inspection, which he has led this year, have filed similar claims.
"Nowadays, the activists from the Inspection initiate the trial by themselves. At present, in Volgograd, four trials consider the cases on the claims filed by the activists. That means, my initiatives began to resonate in Volgograd," Alexei Ulyanov has noted.
