NAC: person killed during special operation in Nartkala identified as Ruslan Khapov
The person killed during the special operation held in the town of Nartkala has been identified as Ruslan Khapov, a member of the "Urvan" grouping. This was reported by the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC).
Let us remind you that on September 6, during the special operation held in the town of Nartkala of the Urvan District of Kabardino-Balkaria, a militant was killed, who on September 5 left a station of members of the "Urvan" grouping located in the vicinity of the village of Kakhun. This was reported by a representative of the Investigating Department of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) for Kabardino-Balkaria.
According to the information of the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC), Ruslan Khapov, a resident of Nartkala, born in 1988, was put on the federal wanted list. Officials from the NAC believe that Ruslan Khapov was the right hand of the leader of the "Urvan" grouping.
