Baku: 10 picketers protest near Russia's Embassy
Today, opposite the Russian Embassy in Baku a picket was held in protest against the policy of Russian authorities in Ukraine. It was attended by about 10 young people.
The picketers held posters: "Crimea is Ukraine!", "Hands off Ukraine!", "Azerbaijan is in solidarity with Ukraine!", "Putin, hands off Ukraine!" and others. Same phrases were chanted in front of the Embassy.
In total, the action lasted for about 10 minutes; the picketers read out a resolution that expressed support for the territorial integrity of Ukraine and put forward demands for "termination of Russia's aggressive actions against Ukraine, military provocations and incitement of separatism in the Crimea."
The resolution in the Russian language was handed over to the Embassy's security service.
