In Chechnya, several soldiers seriously wounded in explosion
Soldiers wounded in an explosion in Chechnya were hospitalized to the military hospital in Grozny. Some of them are in grave condition. This was reported by law enforcement bodies of the republic.
Let us remind you that yesterday, on April 3, during combat engineer reconnaissance conducted near the village of Yandi of the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya, an infantry combat vehicle with combat engineer squad of internal forces blew up. As a result of the explosion, 11 soldiers were injured. Of them, four soldiers died from their wounds.
At present, the Chechen law enforcement bodies have no information about what militant grouping acting on the territory of the republic may be involved in the undermining committed.
According to an officer of the Chechen Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), the yesterday's incident in the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya proves that Chechen militants "still make attempts to destabilize the situation."
