NKDA claims that this week Azerbaijan violated ceasefire for 600 times
On April 20-26, 600 cases of ceasefire violation were registered at the contact line of Karabakh and Azerbaijani armed forces, said the Nagorno-Karabakh Defence Army (NKDA), adding that the Air Forces of Azerbaijan made training flights along the perimeter of the contact line.
According to the press service of the NKDA, this week over 3500 shots were fired from the Azerbaijani side.
In their turn, the frontline units of the NKDA observed the ceasefire and carried on combat duty in the normal mode, the "News.am" reports.
Earlier, on April 19, fire was opened in the direction of dwelling settlements of the Tavush Region of Armenia. Because of the shelling, some rural residents who worked in the vineyards had huge problems with getting home, said Andranik Aidinyan, the head of the village of Aigepar. The shelling damaged the village gas supply line; and Aigepar villagers remained without gas, the "PanArmenian.net" reports.
