Tsarnaev's defence asks court to prevent information leaks about his case

On May 2, Judy Clark, an advocate of Johar Tsarnaev, a native of Chechnya, accused of organizing the terror acts in Boston, USA, filed a petition to the court asking to hold a session on the information leaks about her client's case, which, according to her version, may affect the decision to be made by the jury.

In her opinion, the public comments and information leaks are threats to his right to a fair trial, the petition asserts.

According to Judy Clark, the point is about the media reports containing the important investigation information, which had not been made public, in particular, about the inscription allegedly left by Johar Tsarnaev prior to his detention.

The advocate has also criticized the behaviour of law enforcement officials involved in the trial, noting that they make emotional comments regarding Tsarnaev's guilt.
