In North Ossetia, prisoner Azamat Tseboev is placed into dungeon, his relatives report
Azamat Tseboev, a resident of North Ossetia, who is serving his sentence in the high-security penal colony No. 1 in Vladikavkaz and who claimed being unlawfully held in custody after having served his sentence, was placed into the dungeon. His relatives told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent about it.
On April 30, in accordance with the decision of the head of the colony, Azamat Tseboev was placed into the dungeon (also known as ShIZO) for 15 days.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that earlier, family members of Azamat Tseboev had already claimed that the administration of the above Vladikavkaz Federal Public Institution (FPI) Penal Colony No. 1 seriously violated Tseboev's rights by unreasonably extending his sentence over the term established by the decision of the court.
Azamat Tseboev's relatives have reported that, according to Azamat himself, on April 24, on the day, when, according to the verdict, his sentence was over, he was placed into the dungeon for four days. According to his story, the reason for the punishment was his refusal to shave his beard.
