In Dagestan, residents find body of infant who perished when minibus fell into gorge
On Thursday afternoon, in the mountains of Dagestan, residents found the body of an infant who perished when a minibus fell into a gorge in the Tsuntin District. This was reported by Magomed Magomedov, a resident of the Tsuntin District.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in the morning of June 4, near the village of Sagada of the Tsuntin District, on a dangerous interval of the road, an UAZ passenger minibus fell into a 40-meter precipice with a mountain river at the bottom. The minibus was transporting 17 persons. Seven persons, including two children, were rescued. Eight persons fell victims to the accident, and six other injured persons stay in the hospital.
"Two children of eight and ten years old have been put to the list of the missing persons," Magomed Magomedov told.
