Ruslan Izrailov who disappeared in Stavropol Territory found at Kislovodsk police station

On June 26, the wife of Ruslan Izrailov, a resident of the village of Mirny of the Stavropol Territory, filed a complaint about disappearance of her husband. Later, he was found at the IVS (temporary detention facility) of the police station of the city of Kislovodsk. Officials from the Kislovodsk police have confirmed the information about the detention of Ruslan Izrailov.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that according to eyewitnesses, the kidnapping of Ruslan Izrailov, which was committed by men in masks, looked like a special operation conducted by law enforcers. However, the police officials were denying the information about the detention of Ruslan Izrailov.

According to Rosa Izrailova, the wife of the disappeared man, she has still managed to find the information about the whereabouts of her husband.

"I was informed that he had been detained on suspicion of illegal arms trafficking. I was told that my husband was allegedly carrying arms in his car," Rosa Izrailova told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

The woman treats such a charge filed against her husband as far-fetched. She believes the law enforcers fabricated a criminal case against Ruslan Izrailov. "The charge is an absolute absurd and falsification. I am convinced that the charge is false and that the allegedly found weapon and ammunition have been planted by law enforcers. In recent years, it has become a fairly common practice used in relation to people professing Islam," Rosa Izrailova has stated.
