Agenda of OSCE PA session held in Baku has draft resolution on Russia
Today, the 23rd Session of the Parliamentary Assembly (PA) of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) opened in Baku; and the agenda of its plenary session has a draft resolution on Russia's violation of Helsinki Principles.
The draft resolution condemning Russia's actions in Ukraine was prepared by the American parliamentarian Benjamin Cardin, the ITAR-TASS reports.
The Helsinki Principles (Helsinki Final Act) is a document signed by the heads of 35 states in Helsinki in 1975. The Principles comprise the inviolability of the borders, territorial integrity and respect for human rights, says the website of the OSCE.
