The ecologist has also pointed out that law enforcers had failed to undertake actions concerning the incident, which occurred in the settlement-colony on May 20.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on May 22, in his blog in Live Journal, Evgeny Vitishko described a recent search in the settlement-colony, during which staff members of the Federal Penitentiary Service (known as FSIN) beat prisoners with the use of special equipment and then sent them to isolation ward. In connection with the above facts, Evgeny Vitishko has filed a complaint to the Prosecutor's Office about the actions of the FSIN staff members.
