Ramzan Kadyrov appoints dismissed official one of heads of key departments
The acting leader of Chechnya has signed a decree to appoint Umar Baisaev, the former prefect of the Urus-Martan District, dismissed after the Ramzan Kadyrov's critics, the deputy head of the administration of the Chechen leader and Chechen government. Shakhid Akhmadov, the former Minister of Public Health, is appointed the Vice-Prime Minister.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on November 16, 2015, Umar Baisaev was appointed the head of the administration of the Urus-Martan District. He was dismissed from the prefect post after the criticism voiced by Ramzan Kadyrov.
According to an official from the administration of the Chechen leader and Chechen government, Shakhid Akhmadov and Umar Baisaev "will be in charge of regional social block issues in the government."
An official from the Chechen Ministry of Health has reminded that in October 2002, 57-year-old Shakhid Akhmadov "was appointed the Minister of Health and held the position until this April."
Let us remind you that on July 11, Idris Cherkhigov, a nephew of Ramzan Kadyrov, was appointed the chairman of the Council of Economic and Social Security (CESS) in Chechnya. He used to head the Chechen CESS earlier. Residents of Chechnya have expressed their dissatisfaction with the rotation of the same officials.
