Ramzan Kadyrov's nephew appointed Vice Prime Minister of Chechen government

29-year-old Islam Kadyrov is appointed the Vice Prime Minister of the Chechen government for cooperation with the security agencies, the law enforcement authorities, and municipalities.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on October 28, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov introduced the position of the Vice Prime Minister for cooperation with the law enforcement authorities.

Islam Kadyrov was appointed the Vice Prime Minister at the meeting of the Chechen government held in Grozny on November 1, and the corresponding decree was signed by Ramzan Kadyrov. Earlier, Islam Kadyrov used to hold the position of the chief of the administration for the Chechen leader and the Chechen government. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent at the Chechen government administration.

According to the Chechen government, Islam Kadyrov is a native of the village of Tsentaroi (Khoshi-Yurt), a son of Vakha Kadyrov, a cousin of the Chechen leader, who is at present occupies the position of the chief of the Chechen bureau for technical inventory.
