ICRF gets interested in traumas of inmate of Khasavyurt SIZO
A resident of the Kizlyar District, kept in custody at the Khasavyurt SIZO (pre-trial prison), was hospitalized with a craniocerebral trauma; investigators opened a case about the intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm.
According to investigators, on October 24, a 59-year-old resident of the Kizlyar District, kept at the SIZO, was taken to a Khasavyurt hospital with a head injury and was operated on, the Investigating Department (ID) for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) has reported.
Investigators have opened a case under part 1, Article 111, of the Criminal Code of Russia (intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm). "A complex of investigative actions is underway aimed at establishing all the circumstances of what happened," says the message posted on the website of the ICRF on October 26.
