Chechnya: unsanitary conditions during spreading bread cause social network users' criticism

At the charity event organized by the Kadyrov Foundation, volunteers handed out bread without wearing medical masks and gloves, Instagram users have emphasized.

The videos clips about the food help rendered by the Akhmat Kadyrov Foundation to residents of Grozny were posted on April 28 on the Instagram page of the "Grozny" ChGTRK (Chechen State TV and Radio Company).

The first video shows volunteers without masks and gloves taking bread with their hands, putting it into sacks and bags and giving out to people. In the second video, locals thank them for help.

Social network users have criticized the organizers of the charity action for non-compliance, in their opinion, with sanitary norms. "It's good that they help ... But I have a question: why do they touch bread without gloves?" the user zamujem.9577 has asked.

"Workers almost never wear masks and gloves; they give bread from hand to hand and touch it. Although you yourself keep talking that we must wear them, doesn't it apply to your employees?" the Missamali_777 asked with indignation.
