Djumaev accused of beating three law enforcers

At a rally in support of Alexei Navalny, Said-Mukhammad Djumaev stroke many blows on two OMON (riot police) fighters and a policeman, investigators state in the indictment. The term of Said-Mukhammad Djumaev's arrest has been extended until April 16.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on January 23, at the rally in support of Alexei Navalny in Moscow, Chechen native Said-Mukhammad Djumaev entered into confrontation with law enforcers. Said-Mukhammad Djumaev managed to escape, but he was detained and arrested until March 23. The young man was charged with the use of violence against public officers.

The investigation has been completed, and the criminal case has been sent to the Prosecutor's Office for approval of the indictment. According to the investigators' version, the participant of the unsanctioned rally "stroke multiple blows and kicks on various parts of the bodies of two OMON fighters and a policeman," the Investigating Department for Moscow of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF) reports on its website today.

On March 16, the Presnensky District Court ruled to extend the term of the Said-Mukhammad Djumaev's detention in custody, the Court reports in its electronic file posted on the website.

The arrest of Said-Mukhammad has been extended until April 16, an aunt of the young man reports on her larisa_liza_ Instagram page.
